You will work under the responsibility of the Supervisor and the Banquets Manager in our various lounges located on the 1st floor.
Job Description
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…
- Ensure the proper preparation of the lounges and the smooth running of banquets.
- Welcome clients and respond to their requests or expectations.
- Adapt to schedules and operational needs, depending on unforeseen circumstances.
- Perform order taking and service according to the required standards;
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relations with clients, with confidentiality and discretion;

YOUR PROFILE
You master Micros software and your English is fluent. Your innate sense of contact, your rigor, your team spirit, your experience in catering, and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets. The sought-after profile is a person with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de rang in a traditional restaurant.
Your "Plus"? You are passionate about French gastronomy.
