Key Responsibilities: Lead Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and finalize technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for various mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Design Coordination & Optimization: Collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical discrepancies, optimize designs for constructability, and ensure efficient project execution.

Quantity Surveying & Cost Control: Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), prepare cost estimations, and assist in tender evaluations for mechanical components and systems.

Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit MEP to produce detailed drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and integration with other disciplines.

Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all technical office deliverables.

Project Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Skills & Technologies: You will be instrumental in applying your mastery of Mechanical Engineering principles and your proficiency in industry-standard tools. Your expertise in HVAC Design , Plumbing Design , and Fire Fighting Systems will be critical.
