Do you speak both Danish and English fluently and are looking for a job within customer service? Then this could be the right opportunity for you! We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our team in Solna.
About the position
In this role, you will provide customer service via telephone, chat, and e-mail. You will help customers with questions, provide support, and work to create a positive customer experience in every contact.
You will become part of a dedicated team where service and collaboration are in focus.
We are looking for you who
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
- Have a genuine interest in customer service.
- Are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
- Enjoy communicating with people and working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience from customer service is meritorious but not a requirement.
