ERP Solutions Manager

IKH Group is a strong national player in the import and trade of technical products, employing approximately 440 professionals. IKH's main office is located in Kauhajoki, and the company is part of the international Grafton Group plc group.

We are now looking for an ERP Solutions Manager for IKH Group to take technical ownership of a new Microsoft Business Central-based ERP solution. This is a key specialist role in an ongoing ERP transformation, where you will have the opportunity to influence solutions from implementation to their long-term development and continuous maintenance. At the same time, you will participate in one of IKH's most significant future business development projects, where the company's core systems are being renewed to a modern Microsoft Business Central platform.

As an ERP Solutions Manager, you will act as the owner of the ERP solution from an IT perspective and as a key partner between the business, system providers, and integration partners. You are responsible for ensuring that solutions are technically appropriate, well-documented, maintainable, and further developable for future needs. Additionally, you will ensure that the ERP environment supports the business effectively both during and after implementation.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Technical ownership and continuous development of the Microsoft Business Central environment
• Management of integrations, technical documentation, and solution packages
• Ensuring the usability, maintainability, and continuous development of ERP solutions
• Preparation of ERP implementation Go-live readiness assessments and go/no-go decision-making, as well as leading cutover and go-live processes
• Coordination of testing (E2E, integration, and business scenario testing)
• Planning, practicing, and coordinating data migrations and reconciliations
• Leading cooperation and coordination between the business, IT, suppliers, and partners
• Organizing and leading the Hypercare phase
• Coordinating risk management and ensuring business continuity during implementation

What kind of person are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you have experience working with ERP solutions and the ability to lead complex implementation projects with various stakeholders. You are a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative specialist who can connect a technical perspective to business needs.

We expect from you:

• Experience with the Microsoft Business Central environment and an understanding of ERP architectures and system entities
• A desire to take technical responsibility for a large-scale ERP solution
• Experience in technical documentation and solution management
• Experience in leading ERP system implementations, cutover, and go-live phases
• Experience in coordinating testing, data migrations, and implementation readiness planning
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Fluent English language skills

We consider the following as an advantage:

• Familiarity with Azure environments
• Experience with integration platforms, such as Boomi or similar solutions
• Familiarity with Agile working methods
• Team leadership experience
• Experience in supplier cooperation and supplier management
• Understanding of financial and logistics processes, such as payment transactions, inventory management, accounts receivable/payable, and reporting
