Warehouse Packer

Order Fulfilment & Packing

• Process, pick, pack, and fulfil online and corporate customer orders accurately across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Verify product SKUs, quantities, and order details before order fulfilment.
• Ensure all orders are packed according to company SOPs and packaging guidelines.
• Prepare orders for timely dispatch and delivery.

Quality Control

• Conduct quality checks on products before shipment.
• Record quality control videos and capture photographs for documentation purposes when required.
• Ensure products meet the company's quality standards prior to dispatch.

System & Inventory Administration

• Process Transfer Orders (TO) and Sales Orders (SO) using Oracle NetSuite (training will be provided).
• Update fulfilment trackers, operational records, and inventory-related information accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of fulfilment activities.

Customer & Operational Support

• Liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements and resolve order-related queries.
• Ensure fulfilment processes comply with established SOPs, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in eCommerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, or order processing will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling packing and fulfilment activities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
