Facilities Manager

You should have an education in building technology or equivalent, as well as previous professional experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or property maintenance. Office programs are daily tools, and you should have experience with an electronic project tool. Since English is our corporate language, you are expected to speak and write it fluently.

We are looking for a Facilities Manager for our maintenance department. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations and results within the department develop according to the established budget, goals, and plans. You will be the responsible project manager for new constructions – and renovations, as well as major maintenance projects. You are responsible for all maintenance planning, documentation of systems, and ensuring maintenance routines. You are also the responsible contact person for all communications with authorities.
