  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for specialist and management positions in the commercial and industrial sectors – from requirement gathering, job posting, and applicant selection to applicant communication, appointment coordination, and alignment with the respective specialist departments, up to successful placement.

  • Together with the specialist departments, you conduct structured interviews and selection talks and design a professional and appreciative Candidate Journey throughout the entire application process.

Consulting & Communication

  • You manage the cooperation with external recruiting partners, personnel consultants, headhunters, as well as media and job advertisement agencies. In doing so, you independently handle coordination and contract negotiations and strategically develop our recruiting service providers.
  • You continuously monitor the recruiting market, evaluate new job boards, platforms, and recruiting solutions regarding their added value, and actively drive the further development of our recruiting channels.
  • As a competent contact person, you advise managers and specialist departments on all questions regarding personnel selection and accompany well-founded hiring decisions.
  • With your strong communication and consulting skills, you create professional, service-oriented, and appreciative cooperation both internally and externally.

Processes & Digitalization

  • You analyze recruiting metrics, identify optimization potential, and continuously develop our recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
  • You take on professional responsibility for our applicant management system Concludis and actively participate in its further development. This includes, in particular, the configuration and optimization of workflows, forms, templates, permissions, as well as digital recruiting processes.
  • You actively drive HR digitalization projects, design automations, and support the expansion of our employer branding and talent acquisition measures.
