Bar Captain

You will be responsible for: Supervising the setup, opening, operation, and closing of their bars. Preparing schedules, attendance lists, and extraction vouchers. Supervising the proper use of the operating equipment and beverages under their charge, maintaining the established par-stock through inventories. Coordinating and supervising service in the bars. Supervising that hygiene standards are carried out.
