We are currently looking for our future QHSE Manager.

Mission:

Reporting to the Logistics Department, you will lead the Quality, Safety, Environment, and Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for the company across all our activities. As a true expert* in regulatory compliance and QSE management systems, you will guarantee compliance with applicable legal, normative, and environmental requirements, particularly on a Seveso low threshold* classified logistics site. In a context of structuring and strengthening the HSE department, you will play a key role in the upgrading and consolidation of management systems.

In this capacity, you will:

-Manage and structure the QHSE department and support a team of 6 people -Develop and deploy QHSE strategies and policies in accordance with company objectives -Guarantee compliance with current regulations and standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001) -Actively contribute to the restructuring and upgrading of QHSE management systems (processes, reviews, indicators, governance) -Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations (DREAL, declarations, documentary follow-up, etc.) -Identify and assess professional risks and prevent workplace accidents -Develop and lead safety training and awareness programs -Lead and manage the CSR approach, as well as associated evaluations and reporting -Supervise environmental compliance programs and environmental audits -Write and publish annual CSR reports, taking indicators into account -Maintain QHSE frameworks as well as the Document Unique -Lead and monitor QHSE performance indicators and ensure reporting to Management -Drive and lead continuous improvement projects
