BACK-OFFICE MANAGER M/F
(construction site environment) Lieusaint (77)
Reporting to the New Sales Director, you will take responsibility for a department of about ten employees ensuring the coordination of New Sales projects, from order validation to construction site invoicing.
At the heart of operations, you guarantee the fluidity of exchanges between sales teams, site managers, subcontractors, factories, and support functions in order to secure deadlines, execution quality, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond daily management, you will support the organizational maturity by structuring processes, developing management tools, and strengthening team accountability.
As a true operational manager and flow pilot, you will:
- Supervise, lead, and develop a team by promoting autonomy, delegation, and skill development;
- Coordinate the entire business processing chain, from order validation to invoicing, while guaranteeing data reliability and compliance with customer commitments;
- Manage construction site planning in connection with sales teams, site managers, subcontractors, and factories to ensure smooth project execution;
- Develop and manage dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor deadlines, quality, invoicing, backlog, and debt collection;
- Guarantee the reliability of activity forecasts and support Finance in monitoring invoicing and collections;
- Arbitrate priorities, manage escalation situations, and make the necessary decisions for the smooth running of operations;
- Contribute to business transformation projects: deployment of electronic invoicing, development of management tools, harmonization of processes, and digitalization of practices;
- Develop effective cooperation with all internal interfaces and maintain regular relations with factories and the Group's European counterparts;
- Monitor customer satisfaction, notably by guaranteeing fluid, proactive, and regular communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers throughout the site-to-invoicing cycle.
With higher education (Master's degree), you have proven experience in managing an operational Back Office or a project Sales Administration department in a technical, construction, industrial, and project management environment. You master the challenges related to planning, flow management, invoicing, indicator monitoring, and the use of an ERP.
Recognized for your leadership, you know how to unite your teams, arbitrate priorities, and make decisions in an environment where demands are numerous and operational stakes are high.
A field manager, you enjoy progressing organizations as much as employees. You are capable of structuring processes, implementing high-performance management tools, and supporting change with pragmatism.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to interact with various stakeholders, both in France and internationally. Professional English is necessary to collaborate with factories and European teams.
