IT Application Manager (M/F)

Nestled in the heart of the Vosges, a few kilometers from Épinal, our company is the French subsidiary of a Norwegian group that places performance and cooperation at the center of its culture.

For over 30 years, we have been manufacturing paper by adapting to the ecological and economic evolutions of our markets. Since 2023, our production has relied exclusively on recycled raw materials. Our newsprint line is among the most competitive in Europe. Since 2025, we have diversified into the growing market of carton packaging paper, thanks to the conversion of one of our 2 production lines.

In connection with a retirement, we are recruiting an IT APPLICATION MANAGER M/F

Reporting to the IT Manager, you are responsible for the proper functioning and reliability of the applications indispensable to the activity of the industrial site operating 24/7.

In this capacity, you:

• Ensure the monitoring and operation of the site's applications;
• Analyze and resolve application incidents;
• Respond to user requests and support them on a daily basis;
• Intervene on Oracle and SQL Server databases and contribute to their reliability;
• Participate in the evolution and improvement of applications;
• Occasionally perform developments, notably in C# / .NET;
• Participate in projects for the evolution and modernization of the information system;
• Work in collaboration with various IT and business stakeholders and may be required to coordinate external service providers;
• Participate in the IT on-call rotation to contribute to the continuity of the site's operations.

With higher education in IT, you have significant experience in an industrial environment and possess a good understanding of IT systems and applications. You have knowledge of databases and development, ideally in Oracle, SQL Server, and C# / .NET.

You are autonomous, curious, and versatile, with a taste for varied technical environments. Solution-oriented, you know how to analyze a situation, identify the origin of a problem, and mobilize the necessary resources to resolve it.

Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate easily with your various interlocutors, whether they are from the IT teams or the business departments. You have good stress management and can demonstrate control in emergency situations, in an environment where production continuity is a major stake.

You have sufficient English to communicate both in writing and orally.
