Perform molding process optimization and mold testing for accuracy of parts’ quality

Liaise with suppliers on mold quotation, specification and technical matters

Check mold drawing and work closely with designer and tool maker for modification, rectification and tool fabrication progression.

Trouble shoot problem for FOT with FA report

Requirements Diploma in Engineering (Precision / Tooling / Mechanical) or NITEC in Mold Design/Mold Making or equivalent

Min 5 years related working experience in mold design

Plastic Mold Design, DFM, Mold Flow, NX3 Software/ProE

Good knowledge in molding process
