Your tasks:

• Telephone follow-up of incoming customer inquiries and leads
• Qualification of interested parties and scheduling appointments for test drives
• Answering questions regarding vehicles, prices, financing and the ordering process
• Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM system
• Close cooperation with the sales team and other departments
• Participation in process improvements based on customer feedback

Your profile:

• Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or customer service
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented and tech-savvy
• Interest in electromobility and modern technologies
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
