Your future area of responsibility

• You are the central contact person for fundamental questions regarding domestic and international payment transactions
• You ensure master data maintenance
• Clarifying department-internal matters as well as complaint management are part of your tasks
• You coordinate the maintenance or review of existing connections or the establishment of new ones
• You develop the strategy for managing the customer relationship with the respective business partners
• You participate in bank projects and accompany software updates
• You prepare and conduct presentations and meetings

Your profile

• You have completed banking training with qualified further training or a degree
• You have advanced MS-Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You have product knowledge in domestic and international payment transactions as well as in the SWIFT environment
• You have conversational English skills
• Independent and responsible working is a matter of course for you
• Eloquent appearance and sociability are required
• Constant readiness for change, temporal flexibility, and teamwork complete your profile
• A willingness to undertake occasional business trips is required for this position
