Relationship Manager Freshgraduate

Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveries

Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)

Experience in marketing/sales is preferred

Highly driven, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player

Responsible, high integrity, principled, and possesses strong risk awareness.
