Operations Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Processing and monitoring of loan including drawdown, repayments,rollover,interest fixing and fee/interest collections for all types of loans.
2. Processing of inward and outward fundtransfer, remittances, and fixed deposits.
3. Processing of Treasury transactions including money market, bonds, FX, andderivatives.
4. Input of trade and customer and counterparties data in core banking system.
5. Construction of SWIFT and MEPS+payments.
6. Account opening and performing AMLscreening.
7. Handle customer’s queries.
8. Other operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree/Diploma level in related discipline(Banking/Finance/Accountancy).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin, in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts.
3. A self-starter who is able to organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and datelines independently.

4.Meticulous with strong attention to details. 5.A positive minded team player. 6.1 to 2 years of experience in operations department in a bank and familiar with SWIFT and MEPS+ systems will be preferred.
