Administration Staff (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Mail & Courier Services: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and errands in line with company guidelines.

Inventory & Supplies: Manage material procurement, distribution, and stock control.

Facilities & Fleet: Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting; oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and logistics.

Fixed Asset Management: Manage asset lifecycle (additions, transfers, disposals) via FM systems and ensure proper labelling/inventory.

Archiving: Ensure compliance with statutory retention periods; maintain records of archiving and disposals.

General Administration: Provide administrative support and exercise signing authority for invoices and delivery notes within scope.

Desired skills & experience:

Associate Degree or above or above, studies of Finance or Banking Business preferred

Very good English and German skills, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage

1-2 years of experience in similar position

Good skills in all standard office tools

Team-oriented, open-minded, conscientious, reliable and loyal

Valid driving licence required.
