Safety Supervisor

1.Inspect workplace and recommend compliance with occupational safety, health, and environment laws. 2.Analyze work processes, identify risks, and propose preventive safety measures. 3.Assess occupational safety risks and provide guidance to employer. 4.Review work plans/projects and advise on safety measures. 5.Monitor workplace operations to ensure compliance with safety plans and standards. 6.Advise employees on regulations and safe practices. 7.Provide safety training and education to employees. 8.Examine working conditions and cooperate with certified organizations for inspections. 9.Recommend improvements for occupational safety management systems. 10.Investigate accidents or illnesses, report findings, and suggest resolutions. 11.Compile and analyze safety statistics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. 12.Maintain Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health & Safety System (ISO 45001). 13.Support company quality, energy saving, and social/environmental activities (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). 14.Supervise and direct safety officers under responsibility. 15.Follow up on safety performance and resolve reported issues. 16.Perform other safety-related tasks as assigned. 17.Maintain confidentiality of company information, data, and records.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in safety management or workplace safety. Strong knowledge of occupational safety laws, risk assessment, and preventive measures. Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards. Certification as a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) is required/preferred. Good communication, training, and supervisory skills. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing. Responsible, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
