Real Estate Photographer Driver ( BTS On Nut )

• Drive a motorcycle to off-site locations (especially the Sukhumvit zone and along the Skytrain lines, both BTS and MRT)
• Contact property owners in advance to make appointments for photography (sometimes an Admin team or Agent will assist with coordination and specify the building or location)
• You can plan your own routes, which are usually not very far apart, ensuring smooth and efficient work
• Go off-site to take photos of real estate as scheduled with property owners on an every-other-day basis (***No photography experience required)
• Add and update real estate listings such as rooms, houses, land, etc., from online and on-site channels
• Coordinate with the company's sales team to assist or contact property owners in urgent cases
• Occasionally assist in delivering documents to property owners or customers (but 95% of your duties will involve photography and updating images in the database system)
• Conduct area surveys in Bangkok (mostly inner Sukhumvit and Sathorn zones) to find and list information for houses, townhouses, and other types of real estate
• This job is a great opportunity to see many beautiful real estate properties. Over 1-2 years, you will learn a lot and may have the opportunity to grow into an Agent in the future
• You will learn English while working with us (our CEO is a foreigner, and many team members can communicate well in English)

Qualifications: Must have a motorcycle and a motorcycle driver's license Proficient in using computers Articulate, polite, and has good interpersonal skills Able to read English (must be able to read condo names, apartment names, owner names, etc.) Non-smoker Able to work Monday-Saturday (5 days in the office, 1 day WFH)
