QA Engineer

1.Issue inspection standard for hydraulic excavator 2.Coordinated in-house trial and quality testing to evaluate product compliance until approval for mass production 3.Prepared quality report, defect analysis summary and corrective action documentation in accordance with QA procedure and standard 4.Troubleshooting hydraulic excavator incase found abnormal and performed root cause analysis 5.Verified effectiveness and sustainability of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of defects in-house 6.Continuous improvement QA activities and company policy 7.Responsible for the implementation of factory process audit and improve process quality assurance capabilities

Qualifications: Male age 23-30 years old Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relate fields 1–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Experience in Quality System ISO9001 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing and GD&T Good knowledge of quality tool such as QC 7 tool and Why-Why analysis Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Ability to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility Good command of spoken and written English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
