Position: Senior M&E Engineer / M&E Engineer Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,500 (Highly Negotiable) Project Types: Newly Awarded Building Construction Projects Project Location: Singapore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical &Electrical works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise M&E sub contractors to ensure works meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on M&E technical and coordination matters.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, material and technical submissions.
• Monitor site progress, resolve M&E interfaces with architectural and structural works, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and handover while ensuring compliance with authority, safety and quality requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience inbuilding construction projects.
• Strong experience in M&E coordination, siteexecution, subcontractor management and project delivery.
• Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor inSingapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on major Healthcare, Residential,Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects will beadvantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore constructionpractices, M&E authority requirements, inspections, testing andcommissioning processes, with strong coordination and technical problem-solvingcapabilities.
