Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor Position: C&S Design Engineer / Senior C&S Design Engineer Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week Salary: SGD 5,500 SGD 7,000 per Month (Highly Negotiable) Project Types: Commercial | Healthcare | Industrial | Data Centres | High-Rise Buildings | Mixed-Use Developments Project Location: Singapore Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Civil & Structural design coordination throughout the design development and construction stages.
• Review structural drawings, design calculations and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, M&E teams and subcontractors to resolve multidisciplinary design issues.
• Prepare and review technical submissions, design changes and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Liaise with Qualified Persons (QPs) and relevant authorities on design approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to construction teams, resolving structural design issues and ensuring timely project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant C&S design experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in large-scale Building Construction projects, including commercial, industrial or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, engineering drawings and Singapore building regulations.
• Experience in design coordination, technical submissions and multidisciplinary consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural engineering software and relevant design tools, with strong technical problem-solving skills.
