Be part of the financial revolution that is changing Mexico! By joining as a Middle AML Analyst, you will analyze and manage alerts generated by automated systems in order to detect unusual activities or those potentially related to Money Laundering (AML) or Terrorist Financing (CFT). Ensure compliance with current regulations and the organization's internal policies, keeping the financial system safe from misuse.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years in AML/CFT functions, alert monitoring, customer investigation, or regulatory compliance.
  • Desirable experience in financial institutions, fintech, or regulated entities.

Knowledge:

  • Applicable AML/CFT regulations (UIF, CNBV, GAFI/FATF, Basilea, OFAC).
  • Use of automated transactional monitoring systems.
  • Basic financial analysis management (bank statements, movement patterns).
  • Analysis of patterns and unusual activities.
  • Management of databases, control tools, and banking systems (Google sheets, Docs, Paquetería Google, internal systems).
  • Intermediate English (mandatory).
  • Experience using Mac systems (iOS) is desirable.
