Your tasks

Main challenges

• Responsible for consolidating financial result analysis and translating it into executive presentations for the bank's leadership
• Monitor budget achievement, forecast projection, and KPI comparison against main market peers
• Structure and present the KPIs of the Bank's Strategic Objectives to senior leadership, connecting financial performance to the strategic agenda
• Conduct Peer and Market Intelligence analyses, mapping competitive benchmarks and financial sector trends to support management decisions.
• Seek market information to complement competitor analyses, considering that not all banks disclose the consolidation of their results.

Requirements

What are the main competencies for the position?

• Completed higher education, preferably in Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Previous experience in the financial market or in strategic consultancies in the areas of Finance and Accounting.
• Solid knowledge in Management P&L, FP&A, Unit Economics, and Corporate Finance.
• Advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and the preparation of executive presentations.
• Sharp analytical capacity, systemic vision, and the ability to move between different areas (Finance, Products, Credit, RI, etc.).
• Practical experience with AI applications for automating analytical routines and generating insights.
• Advanced English.
