Procurement, Import and Operations Referent | Yavne

A leading company is looking for a Procurement and Operations Referent for a diverse and dynamic role, combining work with suppliers in Israel and abroad, order management, monitoring and control, and support for ongoing operational processes.

As part of the role:

• Management and monitoring of procurement and import orders from the planning stage to their entry into the system.
• Ongoing work with suppliers in Israel and abroad, including correspondence in English, receiving price quotes, and conducting negotiations.
• Coordination and monitoring of order processes with internal and external parties.
• Support for ongoing operational processes, including price updates, promotions, and procedures.
• Working with multiple interfaces within the organization, monitoring tasks, and handling malfunctions.

Requirements:

• Very good English level, with an emphasis on reading and writing
• Good proficiency in Excel

Significant Advantage:

• Previous experience in procurement, import, production planning (תפ"י), or operations
• Experience working with suppliers abroad, with an emphasis on China
