Sales Assistant

Your tasks

Part-time work on weekends Job duties: In-store:

• Friendly reception and assistance of clients in the store
• Introducing products and providing style advice
• Supporting sales work at the cash desk (POS system)
• Ensuring store cleanliness, orderliness, and visual attractiveness
• Replenishing and maintaining product displays
• Assisting with warehouse organization and performing simple stock checks

Webshop and e-commerce support:

• Photographing products with a phone or camera
• Adding products to the webshop and sales platforms
• Creating and publishing product announcements in various sales channels
• Preparing, packing, and labeling web orders
• Ensuring correct and timely dispatch of orders
• Assisting with the organization of web order returns and exchanges

Requirements

Other requirements:

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Reliability, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Interest in fashion, retail, and customer experience
• Ability to use a smartphone and simple web-based work tools
• Attentiveness and accuracy, especially when creating product offers and packing orders
• Good English language skills
• The candidate must live in Estonia
• The candidate must have the legal right to work in Estonia
