Travel Planner & Itinerary Specialist
Balivex is a growing Bali-based travel agency serving travelers from 25 Arabic-speaking markets worldwide. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Travel Planner & Itinerary Specialist to join our professional and friendly team.
What You’ll Do
- Create attractive and customized travel itineraries for our guests
- Plan routes, activities, hotels, restaurants, and unique Bali experiences
- Research new destinations and exciting experiences across Bali
- Prepare professional travel plans and presentations
- Coordinate with our team and tourism partners
- Help create smooth and memorable experiences for our international guests
What We’re Looking For
- Good command of English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Creative thinking and strong planning skills
- Good knowledge of Bali and its tourist destinations is a plus
- Organized, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
