We’re looking for a proactive and creative freelancer to help grow Balishoot. This role combines marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and AI innovation.

What you’ll do

• Help develop and execute Balishoot’s overall marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage our social media content calendar.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients and business opportunities.
• Research and identify relevant target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Explore and develop new AI tools and workflows to improve our services and internal processes.
• Work closely with our creative team to turn ideas into marketing content and campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Experience or understanding of lead generation, market research, and client acquisition strategies.
• Curious about AI and excited to integrate new tools into creative workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
