Your main mission is to provide a truly personalized and authentic experience to your customer, in compliance with the instructions given by your Manager:

• Welcome customers, take an interest in your client, and create a bond of trust with them
• Listen to them, exchange, and share a pleasant moment of conviviality
• Help them discover pieces that suit them in terms of style, like an image consultant
• Present items, develop technical arguments about the products, and showcase them through speech and posture
• Ensure irreproachable service throughout the visit, whether or not a purchase is made
• Ensure the maintenance of the point of sale's image
• Respect the Balibaris charter and all processes in effect at Balibaris
• Respect checkout rules and other rules related to cash management
• Build customer loyalty
• Ensure quality after-sales service
• Promote the brand

Profile sought:

Successful experience of at least 2 years in Retail

• Mastery of business English
• Good listening skills and a strong sense of interpersonal relations
• Sense of service and persuasion
• Product & fashion sensitivity
• Good presentation
