Senior Site Supervisor

About the company

A construction company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Site Supervisor (Full Time) to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule, according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations

Your tasks

• Supervise daily construction activities from initial site preparation through project completion
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate site operations, including manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction quality and identify potential issues
• Supervise structural works, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and underground construction
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure efficient project execution
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and report project deviations
• Enforce construction safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Basic written and verbal communication in English
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience supervising at least 3 structural building projects involving steel structures and reinforced concrete
• Strong understanding of above-ground and underground structural construction processes
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
• Familiarity with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project management tools
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills
• Holds relevant professional certifications in construction
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
