Junior Legal Officer
A villa management company in Umalas is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Legal Officer (Full-time)
Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts, agreements, and related legal documents Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory filings Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, investment, and employment matters in Indonesia Assist with legal matters related to real estate, hospitality, villa operations, and investment activities Coordinate with notaries, law firms, government agencies, and other external parties under supervision Provide administrative support for corporate governance and compliance processes Maintain organized records of contracts, corporate documents, and other legal files Support the Manager with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks as required Use AI tools to support legal research, drafting, and document preparation Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with the team Attend in-person meetings with third parties, team meetings, or catch-up meetings when required
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication in English 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, property, hospitality, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) Basic knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law Strong organizational and administrative skills Detail-oriented with good document management skills Able to work independently in a remote environment Good communication and follow-up skills Willing to learn and adapt quickly Comfortable using or learning AI tools for legal research and drafting Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion Candidates based in Bali or Lombok are preferred; candidates from other locations may also be considered Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Bali or Lombok when required
