Barista

A café in Bali is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks and basic latte art.
• Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Keep the bar and work area clean and organised.
• Monitor basic stock levels and assist with restocking supplies.
• Support the café team with daily operations as required.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and basic coffee techniques.
• Comfortable operating and cleaning coffee machines.
• Basic latte art skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and professional with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
