Security Guard

Job Summary Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, company assets, and facilities by performing security patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property.
• Perform bag and vehicle inspections when required in accordance with company procedures.
• Report security incidents, suspicious activities, hazards, and violations promptly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, accidents, and security threats.
• Participate in security training, drills, and departmental meetings.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.
• Balance security enforcement with excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; a Diploma in Security Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in hospitality, tourism, retail, or recreation.
• Valid Gada Pratama certification (mandatory).
• Understanding of security operations, access control, and emergency response procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate basic in both Indonesian and English
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
