Captain Restaurant

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 yars of experience in F&B, preferably as captain, supervisor or senior waiter.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of food & beverage service, table setting, sequence of service, and guest handling.
• Able to perform upselling and suggestive selling to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
• Well-groomed, presentable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, team-oriented, and able to lead by example.
