Businnes Manager

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, sports, leisure, retail, or related industries
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Managerial position
• Strong commercial and sales mindset
• Proven ability to manage revenue, customer experience, and operational teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Hands-on, decisive, and results-oriented
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of golf/driving range operations is an advantage, but not a requirement
