A suitable background is foreman, leading installer, installation leader, or equivalent, preferably within the construction industry. You might be a skilled installer with leadership qualities, and if this is your first management job, we will help you develop in your role. Regarding education, a technical degree with a construction focus is a merit, but it is not a requirement. You have good knowledge of English. A driver's license is a requirement.

In the position of Site Manager at the construction site, your task is to plan, coordinate, and lead the assigned workforce out at our balcony projects. You plan orders from our own production as well as from external suppliers and participate in construction meetings and inspections. The job includes responsibility for ensuring that installation occurs according to drawings and instructions, and that safety regulations, laws, and guidelines are complied with. You will have close cooperation with our project managers, to whom you also report.
The position is project-based, which means your workplace is a large geographical area. Currently, and also in the long term, we see many large construction projects in the Norrland region; therefore, we would prefer that you are resident in, for example, Medelpad, Härjedalen, Jämtland, Ångermanland, or further north. We have local offices in Luleå and Ö-vik. You will be present at our construction sites during the week and can expect several overnight stays per week.
