Job Description

For Balance Point Control, we are looking for a Lead Operator Hydraulic Workover. In this role, you will, together with the Supervisor, provide operational leadership to the crew during international Hydraulic Workover projects.

You are responsible for the daily management of the operational team, the execution of the work, and the safe deployment of all equipment. Additionally, you are an important sparring partner for the Supervisor and you guide the development of Operators and Senior Operators.

Your activities are versatile and include, among others:

• Daily operational leadership of the crew during projects;
• Responsible for the safe execution of Hydraulic Workover operations;
• Coordinating rig-up, rig-down, and operational activities;
• Managing, coaching, and guiding Operators and Senior Operators;
• Monitoring planning, quality, and safety on location;
• Supervising the correct use of BOP's, high-pressure equipment, and well control systems;
• Working intensively with the Supervisor and acting as their right hand;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of work processes.

Job Requirements

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 5 years of experience within the oil and gas industry;
• Extensive experience with Hydraulic Workover;
• Experience in managing operational crews;
• Strong knowledge of BOP's, high-pressure systems, well control, and safety procedures;
• Natural leadership and coaching skills;
• Willingness to work internationally in rotations;
• Good command of the English language.
