Your tasks
About the Role This role includes both customer service and hands-on kitchen work. You?ll welcome customers, help them choose from our selection of Lebanese sweets, and process purchases. You?ll also support food preparation, packaging, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
What You?ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and build relationships through friendly, attentive service.
- Help customers choose products and answer questions about our menu and ingredients.
- Process purchases accurately and keep service moving efficiently.
- Assist with food and pastry preparation under the team?s guidance.
- Package products and prepare customer orders with care and attention to presentation.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, and keep kitchen work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including the checkout, displays, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures.
- Support your teammates with daily kitchen, customer service, and housekeeping duties.
- Take initiative to improve the customer experience and contribute positively to the team.

Working Conditions
- A fast-paced retail and kitchen environment.
- Standing for shifts of up to eight hours.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 kg.
- Regular food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning tasks.
Personal phone use is limited to breaks and urgent personal matters, without disrupting service or responsibilities. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the store. Profanity and disrespectful behaviour are not acceptable.
