You will strengthen a close-knit audit team of approximately 25 professionals in Utrecht, where quality and collaboration are central. As a team, we are focused on providing optimal service to the client, but we also like to make time for a lunch, drinks, or a game of padel. Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager Audit (RA) who wants to help build the team and the client portfolio. You are the link between client, team, and partner and take charge of complex audit assignments. You safeguard quality, planning, and results and ensure that everything is rock solid. You are a strong sparring partner for clients. You understand what is happening, identify risks and opportunities, and translate this into concrete, valuable advice. At the same time, you manage teams, coach colleagues, and ensure that everyone continues to grow and takes ownership. You work for a diverse client portfolio: from SME and family businesses to foundations and associations. This variety provides both substantive challenge and impact.
