As Project Manager HR & Global Employment, you are responsible for coordinating and realizing HR, organizational, and employment projects for our clients, both nationally and internationally. From the Netherlands, you manage complex trajectories in the fields of HR transformation, organizational development, international employment, and employment issues. You translate client requests into an integrated approach, monitor planning, quality, budget, and risks, and ensure optimal collaboration between all parties involved. You are part of the group of HR and Organizational Consultants within the broader Employment team. Within this multidisciplinary team, HR and organizational consultants work closely with payroll tax specialists, labor law lawyers, international payroll specialists, and global mobility specialists. From your role, you connect these expertises and ensure that clients are integrally supported in both national and international HR and employment issues. You act as the central point of contact for the client and coordinate the collaboration between the various disciplines to arrive at the best possible solution. The projects you work on can range from reorganizations, harmonization of employment conditions, HR process optimization, and implementation of HR policy to international employee transfers, onboarding and offboarding trajectories, and issues surrounding international employment. You ensure a structured project approach, maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, and adjust in a timely manner when bottlenecks arise. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further development and improvement of our services and internal working methods. You are a strong project and relationship manager with a broad HR foundation and an affinity for employment issues in an international context. You do not need to be the substantive expert in every specialized field, but you do know which expertise is needed when and bring the right people together. Through your connecting, analytical, and customer-oriented approach, you make complex issues manageable and ensure that clients can count on high-quality, integrated service.

• You have completed a relevant HBO or WO education;
• You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience;
• You have experience with coordinating (HR) projects;
