You are responsible for a diverse client portfolio. On any given day, you might see as many as three different clients. You go from appointment to appointment and collaborate with many different people. That gives you energy! You see how processes can be improved. And you act as a sparring partner for the entrepreneur. How is a company progressing? What is the best way to optimize certain processes? And what are the relevant developments? You fathom how a company is structured. And you see how processes can be improved. You tailor your advice accordingly. You listen well, identify trends, and translate them into top-notch service provision. Additionally, you lead your team with full enthusiasm. You ensure that the junior manager, supervisors, and assistants can do their work and fully develop themselves. You also check, in conjunction with the junior manager, the financial administration and annual accounts before they are sent to the client.
