In the morning, you perform due diligence for a cool client from the region. In the afternoon, you advise on an assignment, while the next day you assist with the implementation of payroll and tax filings for an expat or give a training session on the werkkostenregeling. That is what gives you energy! You help your clients with specialized questions ranging from the werkkostenregeling and social security to tax control or an acquisition. You don't do this alone, but with a multidisciplinary team of labor lawyers, payroll advisors, and HR consultants, as well as IT advisors, tax specialists, or accountants.
