As Manager Legal Advisory, you will provide our clients with all kinds of legal advice in the field of ondernemingsrecht, commercial contracts, and general verbintenissenrecht. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines at Baker Tilly. In this role, you are the legally responsible party in various matters, whereby, in addition to contact with various colleagues from Baker Tilly, you will also maintain a lot of contact with clients. You will work nationally for the benefit of all branches and clients of Baker Tilly, with the Utrecht and Amsterdam branches as your home base. Working partly from one of the other branches of Baker Tilly is also among the possibilities. Our clients' questions primarily relate to: ondernemingsrechtelijke advisering; vennootschaps- en rechtspersonenrecht; commerciële contracten; verbintenissenrecht; financiering en zekerheden; huur- en vastgoedrecht; mergers and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally. You are the specialist within the legal domain, but you also regularly sit at the table with accountants and fiscalists from various branches.
