You speak to your clients personally and provide them with independent advice. You visit a different client almost every week. This gives you a look behind the scenes everywhere. How is a company progressing? What is the best way to optimize certain processes? And what are the relevant developments? You listen well, determine risks, identify trends, and translate them into top-notch service, planning, and documentation. You are responsible for this, together with the partner. But that is not all…. you also have a team under you, to whom you provide leadership in a coaching manner. In this way, you guide assistants, supervisors, and junior managers. Essentially, you are involved in everything happening at the office. Because of this, you can pull many things towards yourself. Thus, you determine the diversity of your activities.
