You speak to your clients personally and provide them with independent advice. You visit a different client almost every week. This gives you a look behind the scenes everywhere. How is a company progressing? What is the best way to optimize certain processes? And what are the relevant developments? You listen well, determine risks, identify trends, and translate them into top-notch service, planning, and documentation. You are responsible for this, together with the partner. But that is not all…. you also have a team under you, whom you lead in a coaching manner. In this way, you guide assistants, supervisors, and junior managers. Actually, you are involved in everything happening at the office. Because of this, you can pull a lot towards yourself. Thus, you determine the diversity of your activities. No two days are the same.
