As Director Loonheffingen, you are an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader who helps clients with complex labor, remuneration, and payroll issues. You act as a trusted advisor for national and international organizations and build sustainable client relationships. Additionally, you play an important role in the commercial expansion of the practice by developing new business, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening collaborations within and outside the organization. You are responsible for the growth of revenue, client portfolio, and services, while simultaneously coaching employees, monitoring the quality of our services, and actively contributing to the strategic development of the Employment Advisory practice. With your commercial drive, technical expertise, and entrepreneurship, you make a difference for both clients and the team.

Of course, you are not alone. Within the Employment Advisory Team, you work together with a multidisciplinary team of labor lawyers, payroll advisors, HR consultants, payroll tax specialists, and Global Mobility specialists. Together, you ensure truly good advice — from strategy to execution. Naturally, in your role as Director Loonheffingen, you also take on a strategic role within the MT of Employment Advisory. • You have completed a master's degree in tax law or tax economics.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• You have strong communication skills, also in English.
• You have completed an NOB education.
