Director Global Mobility

As a Director within the Employment Advisory team at Baker Tilly, you play a key role in advising (inter)national clients on all aspects of global mobility and Dutch payroll taxes. From strategic policy to compliance, and from tax advice to optimizing HR processes — you bring knowledge, oversight, and impact. You deal daily with challenging and varied issues surrounding cross-border work or national payroll taxes, you interact with clients from various sectors, and you help them with, for example:

• Advising on cross-border labor: secondments, hiring foreign professionals, remote work, and international employment in the broadest sense of the word
• Guiding clients through tax and social security issues both domestically and abroad;
• Guiding the implementation of payroll systems and managing filings for expats;
• Providing training on, for example, the werkkostenregeling;
• Supporting strategic organizational changes and acquisitions.

Whether it is a large multinational or a fast-growing scale-up: you know how to assist employers and employees with specialized themes such as payroll tax, income tax, and social security. Of course, you are not alone. Within the Employment Advisory Team, you work together with a multidisciplinary team of labor lawyers, payroll advisors, HR consultants, payroll tax specialists, and Global Mobility specialists. Together, you ensure truly excellent advice — from strategy to execution.

Finally, in your role as Director Global Mobility, you also take on a strategic role within the MT of Employment Advisory. You look forward to building the future of the practice together with us!

• You have completed a master's degree in tax law or tax economics
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience within Global Mobility
• You have strong commercial skills
• You have strong communication skills, also in English.
