Shift Engineer - Schimatari Boeotia

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Shift Engineer for our unit in Schimatari Boeotia.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a corresponding technical specialty.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and production equipment.
• Very good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to immediately diagnose technical problems and make effective decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
• Consistency in implementing Health & Safety rules and company procedures.
• Good knowledge of the English language and computer skills (MS Office).
• Communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Emphasis on detail, responsibility, and team spirit.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Desirable qualifications (not mandatory):

• Knowledge of automation systems and PLC.
• Experience in using CMMS or other maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM will be considered an additional asset.
