QC Officer – Schimatari Boeotia

As part of our development, we are looking for a QC Officer for our unit in Schimatari Boeotia.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• University/Technical degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, or another related specialty.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry.
• Experience in conducting quality controls of raw materials, intermediate, and final products.
• Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC or IFS will be considered an additional qualification).
• Ability to evaluate results, maintain records, and draft reports.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with the Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
• Ability to monitor critical production parameters and ensure the implementation of SOPs.
• Consistency and commitment to adhering to quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Desirable qualifications (not mandatory):

• Experience in laboratory analyses.
• Knowledge of ERP and/or quality management systems.
• Experience in an environment certified under BRCGS, IFS, or FSSC 22000.
