BAKAN DESIGN, S.A. DE C.V., an important company in the Furniture sector for Hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, among others, is looking for:

High-End Furniture Sales Advisor Indispensable Requirement: Experience in consultative Sales and service to high-value clients.

We are looking for a person with an excellent service attitude, organized, proactive, and with a commercial focus, capable of providing an exceptional customer experience and following up on the sales process from beginning to end.

Activities:

Receive and assist clients in the showroom in a professional and cordial manner. Detect needs and advise clients on products and solutions. Prepare quotes, commercial proposals, and provide punctual follow-up to prospects. Follow up and close floor sales and projects. Develop commercial relationships with architecture and interior design firms, hotels, restaurants, developers, residential and commercial projects, among others. Register and follow up on leads coming from Google, Meta, and other digital channels. Enter and verify orders, ensuring that the information is complete and correct. Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of orders and deliveries. Coordinate freight and furniture deliveries. Keep the showroom orderly, clean, and correctly displayed. Supervise inventory, exhibition stock, labeling, and warehouse control. Coordinate cleaning services and basic maintenance of the showroom. Prepare commercial reports and daily activity reports. Follow up on services, expenses, and reimbursements related to the showroom operation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, or a related field. 25 to 40 years old 3 years of experience in retail sales of high-value products Experience in preparing quotes and commercial negotiation. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Commercial focus and results orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication. Advanced conversational English Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work Monday to Saturday. We are looking for a person who has
